Residential healthcare facility in Geleen

In Geleen in Limburg, Curae has developed a new-build residential healthcare complex consisting of 24 non-independent residential care units with common space and 6 independent care apartments for elderly who can receive care on demand and thus continue to live independently for as long as possible.

The new facility is energy-neutral. The living units are spread over multiple floors and come with private parking. The facility was delivered in February 2021 and is long-term leased to a reputable local healthcare provider.
