Monumental residential healthcare facility in Meerssen

At the beginning of 2021, Curae delivered the new residential healthcare facility "Rothemermolen" on a park-like plot of almost 10,000 sqm in the estate zone of Meerssen.

This beautiful facility of almost 2,200 sqm consists of a combination of a fully renovated monumental watermill and newly built property and is designed to cater to all needs of the modern residential healthcare client.

The facility is energy-neutral and includes a total of 23 living units, communal areas (activity rooms / living and dining areas), garden and terraces, car parking spaces and a kitchen facility. The facility was delivered in December 2020 and is long-term leased to a reputable local healthcare provider.
